- Certificado de antecedentes penales de cada país de residencia de los últimos 2 años, apostillado y con traducción jurada
- Seguro médico privado con cobertura completa en España, sin copagos: solo si no estás cubierto por la Seguridad Social española o por un convenio bilateral
- Título o prueba de 3 años de experiencia profesional, apostillado y con traducción jurada
- Documento de cobertura de Seguridad Social (certificado de cobertura, A1 o alta en España)
- Contrato de trabajo o acuerdos con clientes con más de 3 meses de antigüedad
- Carta de tu empleador o clientes autorizando el trabajo en remoto desde España
- Prueba de que la empresa o los clientes llevan más de un año operando (extracto apostillado del registro mercantil)
- Facturas y extractos bancarios de los últimos 3 meses que acrediten que no más del 20 % de los ingresos procede de clientes españoles

Our application was submitted May 31, and we received approval June 26; there was only one clarification, for sworn translation of the relevant documents. That is approximately 18 business days.
I highly recommend this team as they have a very structured process for collaboration via Drive, email, and WhatsApp. They maintained organization throughout the process but were also readily available for questions and clarifications. This structure and organization gave us confidence and I believe contributed to the timely resolution of our application.
