¿Menos de 90 días?
Un curso corto o un programa de verano que cabe en 90 días no necesita ninguna de estas: basta un visado de turista, o nada si tu nacionalidad está exenta. Merece la pena comprobarlo antes de pagar por un expediente que no necesitas.

Es la parte de la que casi todos los estudiantes se enteran demasiado tarde. Cuando terminas una titulación oficial de educación superior en España, puedes quedarte con un permiso aparte para buscar trabajo o emprender, y desde ahí pasar a un permiso de trabajo completo sin salir del país.

Our application was submitted May 31, and we received approval June 26; there was only one clarification, for sworn translation of the relevant documents. That is approximately 18 business days.

We stumbled upon Francisco (Nodiesa) after being rejected for our first application attempt for the remote workers’ residency in Spain. And I have to say that we were very fortunate to make contact with him as he would later become our main and only advisor throughout our second application (which ended up being successful!).
