Con este visado no puedes trabajar
El visado no lucrativo no permite ninguna actividad laboral o profesional en España: ni por cuenta ajena, ni como autónomo, ni para una empresa española ni para una extranjera. Es, con diferencia, el motivo más frecuente de denegación o de revocación posterior.

Vivir en España más de 183 días al año te convierte en residente fiscal español, con tributación por tu renta mundial. El régimen Beckham no está disponible en esta vía. Planifica tu situación fiscal antes de solicitar, no después.

- Pasaporte con al menos un año de validez, copia completa de todas las páginas
- Dos fotografías recientes tamaño pasaporte, fondo blanco
- Prueba de medios económicos de los últimos 12 meses: certificados bancarios, pensiones, rentas de alquiler o dividendos
- Seguro médico privado con cobertura completa en España: sin copagos, sin carencias, sin límite de cobertura
- Certificado médico emitido en los últimos 3 meses, apostillado y con traducción jurada
- Certificado de antecedentes penales de cada país de residencia de los últimos 5 años, apostillado y con traducción jurada
- Prueba de residencia en la demarcación consular donde solicitas
- Justificante de pago de tasas (tasa de visado consular y modelo 790, código 052)
Por cada familiar
- Pasaporte y dos fotografías tamaño pasaporte
- Certificado de matrimonio, de nacimiento o prueba de dependencia, apostillado y con traducción jurada
- Certificado de antecedentes penales (desde los 18 años)
- Certificado médico
- Seguro médico en las mismas condiciones que el solicitante principal
- Prueba de que los medios del solicitante principal cubren el umbral adicional
Cada consulado tiene sus propios requisitos: compruébalos antes de solicitar. La lista anterior es el expediente que pide la ley. Thank you to the team at Nodisea, especially Francisco and Dahianna. We are from Canada and applied in Spain for our Digital Nomad Visa. Our application was submitted May 31, and we received approval June 26; there was only one clarification, for sworn translation of the relevant documents. That is approximately 18 business days.
I highly recommend this team as they have a very structured process for collaboration via Drive, email, and WhatsApp. They maintained organization throughout the process but were also readily available for questions and clarifications. This structure and organization gave us confidence and I believe contributed to the timely resolution of our application.
This collaboration and availability also helped us work through several potential issues such as differences with incorporation documents from Canada, the introduction of the apostille process in Canada, and getting certain documents apostilled at the Embassy in Madrid.
