Thank you to the team at Nodisea, especially Francisco and Dahianna. We are from Canada and applied in Spain for our Digital Nomad Visa. Our application was submitted May 31, and we received approval June 26; there was only one clarification, for sworn translation of the relevant documents. That is approximately 18 business days.
I highly recommend this team as they have a very structured process for collaboration via Drive, email, and WhatsApp. They maintained organization throughout the process but were also readily available for questions and clarifications. This structure and organization gave us confidence and I believe contributed to the timely resolution of our application.
This collaboration and availability also helped us work through several potential issues such as differences with incorporation documents from Canada, the introduction of the apostille process in Canada, and getting certain documents apostilled at the Embassy in Madrid.

¿Qué es el método «Pago por Éxito»?
Una modalidad de pago por resultados: solo pagas nuestros honorarios si obtenemos una resolución favorable en tu caso. Si tu solicitud no se aprueba, no pagas nada. En NODISEA confiamos en nuestro conocimiento y por ello ofrecemos a nuestros clientes esta forma de pago.
¿Cómo funciona? No hay pago inicial. Preparamos y gestionamos toda tu solicitud con el mismo cuidado y los mismos medios que cualquier expediente estándar. Con resolución favorable, el honorario final es un 50 % más alto que en la modalidad de pago anticipado, porque asumimos el riesgo de trabajar sin cobro garantizado.
¿Por qué Debería Interesarte?
No queremos que los clientes tengan que soportar el peso de una decisión negativa. Por ello, entendemos que es necesario dotarles de herramientas para reducir sus riesgos. Queremos evitar situaciones en las que el cliente pague la tarifa completa sólo para recibir a cambio una decisión de no favorable.
El método de pago “Pago por Éxito” tiene por tanto una doble finalidad:
- Que nuestros Abogados de Extranjería en España trabajen incansablemente para obtener los mejores resultados.
- Que nuestros clientes tengan garantía.
¿Cuáles son los Términos y las Condiciones?
No se abona nada al inicio del encargo. Los honorarios se pagan únicamente si se obtiene una resolución favorable y, en ese caso, son un 50 % más altos que en la modalidad de pago anticipado. Las tasas administrativas no están incluidas en ninguna de las dos modalidades. Un ejemplo:
Un cliente contrata la tramitación de una autorización de teletrabajador internacional (Permiso de Nómada Digital). Con pago anticipado el trámite cuesta 850 € + IVA, que se abonan al inicio. Con “Pago por Éxito” no paga nada al inicio y abona 1.275 € + IVA únicamente si se obtiene una decisión favorable.
