La versión corta
Si tus clientes ya están fuera de España, la vía de nómada digital suele ser más rápida y sencilla que construir un plan de negocio desde cero. Si tus clientes van a estar en España, es el permiso por cuenta propia. La vía de emprendedor es solo para proyectos realmente innovadores: ENISA rechaza los negocios convencionales, por rentables que sean.

Lo que sorprende a muchos de este permiso
El permiso está ligado a un dónde y a un qué. La autorización inicial se limita a una comunidad autónoma y al sector de actividad que solicitaste. Trasladar el negocio a otra región, o cambiar lo que hace, no es automático.

El plan de negocio
En la vía por cuenta propia es el documento del que depende toda la solicitud. Se valora como prueba de que el proyecto es viable y de que tú eres la persona que puede llevarlo.
Qué debe demostrar
- La actividad, y dónde y cómo la vas a desarrollar
- Tu formación y experiencia en ese sector
- La inversión necesaria y de dónde sale el dinero
- Previsión realista de ingresos y costes
- Licencias, local y permisos que exige la actividad
- Empleo que prevés crear, si lo hay

- Una inversión que no encaja con lo que la actividad necesita

Consejo Nodisea
Un informe de viabilidad de una asociación de autónomos reconocida tiene un peso real ante la Administración. Es una de las pocas cosas que pueden convertir un expediente dudoso en una concesión, y conviene conseguirlo antes de presentar, no tras una denegación.

- Colegiación o licencias que exija la actividad, o prueba de haberlas solicitado
- Plan de negocio y prueba de la inversión
- Prueba de fondos para mantenerte mientras arranca el negocio

- Certificado de matrimonio, de nacimiento o prueba de dependencia, apostillado y con traducción jurada
- Certificado de antecedentes penales (desde los 18 años)
- Seguro médico, si no está cubierto por la Seguridad Social española
- Prueba de que tus medios cubren a la familia
Añadir al expediente según la vía
- Cuenta propia: certificados bancarios o prueba de financiación de la inversión, presupuestos o contratos de local y equipamiento y, si puedes conseguirlo, informe de viabilidad de una asociación de autónomos
- Emprendedor: cuestionario e informe favorable de ENISA, prueba de financiación y la tracción que ya tenga el proyecto
- Nómada digital: contratos con clientes de más de 3 meses, facturas y extractos bancarios, y prueba de que los clientes llevan más de un año operando

Our application was submitted May 31, and we received approval June 26; there was only one clarification, for sworn translation of the relevant documents. That is approximately 18 business days.

We stumbled upon Francisco (Nodiesa) after being rejected for our first application attempt for the remote workers’ residency in Spain. And I have to say that we were very fortunate to make contact with him as he would later become our main and only advisor throughout our second application (which ended up being successful!).

I have contracted two services with Nodisea and both times I have had a very good experience. First to rectify that my TIE erroneously stated that I could not work in Spain and later for a renewal of my residence permit. On both occasions they have been efficient and informed me of everything.👍
