I am so grateful to have come across Francisco (Nodisea) at the time when me and my family’s renewal visa application got rejected. I was not at all clear of the future roadmap and at that time, Francisco stepped in.
As a foreigner, immigration rules can be very confusing and daunting. Francisco provided very valuable inputs at the time of consultation and made things seem so easy. Thank you to the team at Nodisea, especially Francisco and Dahianna. We are from Canada and applied in Spain for our Digital Nomad Visa. Our application was submitted May 31, and we received approval June 26; there was only one clarification, for sworn translation of the relevant documents. That is approximately 18 business days.

I highly recommend this team as they have a very structured process for collaboration via Drive, email, and WhatsApp. They maintained organization throughout the process but were also readily available for questions and clarifications. This structure and organization gave us confidence and I believe contributed to the timely resolution of our application.

This collaboration and availability also helped us work through several potential issues such as differences with incorporation documents from Canada, the introduction of the apostille process in Canada, and getting certain documents apostilled at the Embassy in Madrid.

What is the “Pay for Success” method?

A performance-based payment option: you only pay our fees if we obtain a favourable decision in your case. If your application is not approved, you pay nothing. At Nodisea we are confident in our knowledge and therefore offer our clients this form of fee payment.

How does it work? No upfront payment is required. We prepare and manage your whole application with the same care and resources as any standard case. In the event of a favourable decision, the final fee is 50% higher than our upfront structure, reflecting the risk we assume by working with no guaranteed compensation.

Why should you be interested in it?

We do not want clients to have to bear the burden of a negative decision. Therefore, we understand that it is necessary to provide them with tools to reduce their risks. We want to avoid situations in which the client pays the entire fee only to receive a dismissal decision in return.

The “Pay for Success” payment method therefore has a dual purpose:

That our immigration lawyers in Spain work tirelessly to obtain the best results.
That our clients have a guarantee.

What are the terms and conditions?

Nothing is paid at the beginning of the assignment. Our fees are paid only if a favourable decision is obtained and, in that case, they are 50% higher than under the payment in advance method. Administrative fees (tasas) are not included in either method. An example:

A customer contracts the processing of an international teleworker authorization (Digital Nomad Permit). Under the payment in advance method the procedure costs 850 € + VAT, paid at the start. Under “Pay for Success” the client pays nothing upfront and 1,275 € + VAT only if a favourable decision is obtained.
